Lipy Roy & Jonash

Mother of 7-year-old · ICDP Caregiver Training

“It is not my son who has changed — it is me.”

Lipy struggled with depression that affected her parenting. Through ICDP training, she replaced frustration with patience. When she calmly offered to wash shoes together with Jonash, he immediately put down his phone. She later found he had washed both shoes on his own. When relatives noticed Jonash was calmer and happier, Lipy knew exactly why.

Anjali Daring & Utsho

Mother of 15-year-old Class 9 Student

“Cooperation and encouragement achieved what pressure and threats never could.”

Anjali used to react with frustration when Utsho delayed chores. After ICDP training, she said calmly: “Let’s do it together — I’ll wash one shoe, you wash the other.” He immediately joined her. Minutes later she moved on — she found he had finished both shoes and placed them to dry. A complete transformation through love and patience.
