This year marks a major milestone for our clean water program. Through community partnerships and solar-powered well technology, we have successfully installed 15 new water systems across the Sylhet division. Each system serves an average of 500 families, dramatically reducing waterborne disease and freeing up hours each day previously spent fetching water from distant sources.

The recent monsoon floods displaced thousands of families across northern Bangladesh. Our emergency response teams mobilized within 48 hours, distributing food packages, clean water tablets, and emergency shelter kits. Working alongside local volunteers, we reached 8,000 families in the hardest-hit areas, providing critical support during the crucial first weeks of the disaster.
Healthcare access remains one of the greatest challenges in rural Bangladesh. Our fleet of mobile health clinics has now completed over 50,000 patient consultations this year alone. Staffed by qualified doctors and nurses, these clinics travel to villages that have no nearby medical facilities, offering everything from maternal care to chronic disease management.
Education is the foundation of lasting change. Through our child sponsorship program, we now support 300 children across multiple districts, providing school supplies, uniforms, and tuition support. Our community-based schools maintain a 92 percent completion rate, with girls making up 54 percent of enrolled students.
